Live Cookout sessions with Raman Kohli at Cheri One Qutub, New Delhi, INDIA

Some time back, UB conducted a live cookout session for Bloggers at Cheri One Qutub on Mehrauli Road, Delhi. It was a nice event for Delhi Bloggers to social and knowing something very special about different kinds of wines & kind of food goes with them. Let's check out this PHOTO JOURNEY and know more about it...--------------------------------------------------------------------------------It was an evening event and everything was set in the garden and bloggers started coming in. Everyone was being served with Four Seasons wine with some amazing snacks. For 45 minutes it was more like people meeting each other, getting acquainted to the place and chefs getting thier stuff ready for demo cooking sessions. After some waiting time, Soem Wine experts came to the garden with Raman Kohli, who is main chef at Cheri ONe Qutub. They introduced different types of wines and then told about the kind of snacks go with different kind of wines. Some time back, UB conducted a live cookout session for Bloggers at Cheri One Qutub on Mehrauli Road, Delhi. It was a nice event for Delhi Bloggers to social and knowing something very special about different kinds of wines & kind of food goes with them. Let's check out this PHOTO JOURNEY and know more about it...--------------------------------------------------------------------------------It was an evening event and everything was set in the garden and bloggers started coming in. Everyone was being served with Four Seasons wine with some amazing snacks. For 45 minutes it was more like people meeting each other, getting acquainted to the place and chefs getting thier stuff ready for demo cooking sessions. After some waiting time, Soem Wine experts came to the garden with Raman Kohli, who is main chef at Cheri ONe Qutub. They introduced different types of wines and then told about the kind of snacks go with different kind of wines. After explaining breif agenda of the day, it was time to move towards the kitchen and get started.  Cooking session started in the garden and Raman Kohli... Evryone wanted to be as close as possible, although many of them were more intersted in clicking photographs rather than learning the process :)Here is top level process of making Pan Seared Scallops - Roll scallops  in bread crumbs...- Put olive oil and butter in a pan...- Stir and heat until hot... - Add scallops, turning once, until browned on both sides and remove from heat... Approx 5 mins - Halve lemon and gently squeeze juice over scallops, then sprinkle with cheese...- Cover with a lid and let steep for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.Whole day at Cheri One Qutub was full of fun, food and wine.Some photo sessions also happened at Cheri One Qutub. This is first restaurant on Mehrauli road when we move from Qutub Minar to Mehrauli. It's located just next to Qutub-Minar Bus stop.There were two cooking sessions.
