During my recent stay in Bengaluru I met my friend Rohin and he took me to Social on Church Street. During this visit, I visited various beer places apart from Social. In fact, we headed towards UB City just after few drinks at Social. This post shares more about this place around Church Street, other interesting places around, crowd, good time to visit, parking situation etc.
I have been to Social in Delhi but somehow experience of Banglore was very different. In my opinion, Social doesn't standout that much in the city when there are so much cool places to hang around. I think my visit to Big Brewsky set the expectations very high for other places. After visiting this place, I found Social a very expensive place and beer options were not that great. So we had few other drinks at Social and planned to move to UB City. I don't know the name of the place in UB City where we spent whole evening.
The place where Social is located is a little crowded and car parking can be a huge issue. But good part if that Social provides valet parking. This whole street has some interesting restaurants and showrooms.
So the main highlight of visiting Social was it's decor & meeting my friend. If you are a beer lover, there are plenty of better options in the city in comparison to Social.
